We collect information that you provide directly and information generated through your use of the Platform.

2.1. Registration & Profile Information

When you sign up or create an account, we may collect:

  • Company / Agency Name (if applicable)

  • Mobile Number

  • Email Address (if applicable)

  • Location / City / Operating Area

  • Password or login credentials (stored in encrypted form)

2.2. Vehicle & Operational Details

To enable you to post, accept, or fulfil bookings, we may collect:

  • Vehicle details (make, model, registration number, color, etc.)

  • Vehicle Registration Certificate (RC) or

  • Lease Agreement / Authorization (if vehicle is not in your name)

  • Insurance details (if provided)

  • Vehicle permit details (where applicable)

2.3. Driver Details

Where you are a Driver or registering drivers under your profile:

  • Driver’s full name

  • Driver’s mobile number

  • Driving Licence number, copy, and validity details

  • Photograph (if applicable)

  • Other ID / verification details as may be required for safety and compliance

2.4. Aadhaar Details

To reduce frauds and to verify genuine Users, we may request Aadhaar-related information, such as:

  • Aadhaar number (full or partial, as per our KYC process)

  • Aadhaar masked copy or e-Aadhaar (as applicable)

Important:

  • Aadhaar details are collected only for identity verification, fraud prevention, and security purposes.

  • We do not use Aadhaar for profiling, marketing, or selling to third parties.

  • Access to Aadhaar information is strictly restricted and secured.

  • Wherever feasible, we may use masked/limited Aadhaar information and/or OTP-based verification rather than openly displaying full numbers.

2.5. Transaction & Usage Information

In connection with commission payment facilitation and Platform use, we may collect:

  • Transaction details related to commission payments between Drivers and Agents

  • UPI IDs / bank account details for payouts (where provided)

  • Payment status, timestamps, and logs

  • Booking IDs, acceptance logs, and basic trip metadata (e.g., pickup/drop city, but not necessarily full ride tracking if not required)

2.6. Device & Technical Information

We may automatically collect:

3. PURPOSES OF COLLECTION & USE OF DATA

  4. Compliance & dispute resolution

    • Assisting in resolving disputes between Drivers and Agents related to bookings/commissions.

    • Using records and documents in case of frauds, chargebacks, or legal requirements.

  5. Security & platform integrity

    • Monitoring, securing, and improving the Platform.

    • Preventing unauthorized access or abuse.

  6. Communication

    • Sending transactional SMS/WhatsApp/email/app notifications about bookings, payouts, verifications, and support.
